Terms of Service

Effective August 15, 2026 · Kesh Assist, operated by Kesh Technologies Inc.

The short version: Kesh Assist is a paid, human-in-the-loop assistant that drafts and suggests — it never sends an email, deletes anything, or changes your calendar without your explicit approval by text. You're responsible for reviewing what it prepares before approving it. Billing is $100/month or $960/year (20% off) per person; cancel the monthly plan anytime from the same text thread.

1. Acceptance of terms

By joining the Kesh waitlist, connecting your Google account, or using the Kesh service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Kesh.

2. The service

Kesh is a text-based assistant that connects to your Google Calendar and Gmail to provide scheduling help, approval-gated email drafts, daily briefings, meeting prep notes, and commitment tracking. Kesh operates on an approval basis: it can read your calendar and inbox to prepare suggestions, but it cannot send an email, delete anything, or accept a meeting change on your behalf without your explicit approval by text.

We're onboarding users gradually. During this period, features, response times, and onboarding steps may change as we refine the service.

3. Accounts & Google access

To use Kesh, you connect a Google account through Google's own OAuth flow and provide a phone number we can text. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we never ask for or store your Google password. You can revoke Kesh's access at any time from your Google account's third-party access settings, independent of your Kesh subscription status.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Kesh.

4. Billing & cancellation

Kesh Assist costs $100 per month, per person, billed monthly, or $960 per year, per person, billed annually (a 20% discount versus paying monthly). There's no long-term contract on the monthly plan; the annual plan is a single up-front payment for twelve months of service. You can cancel at any time from the same text thread you use with Kesh Assist — monthly cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer prorated refunds for partial months or for unused time on an annual plan. Disconnecting your Google account is separate from cancelling billing, and you can do either independently of the other.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Kesh for any unlawful purpose, or to send content that's abusive, harassing, or fraudulent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Kesh service or its underlying models
  • Share your account access with anyone who isn't authorized to use it
  • Use Kesh to process data on behalf of someone who hasn't given you permission to grant that access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-generated content & your responsibility

Kesh uses AI to draft emails, summarize your inbox and calendar, and prepare briefings. This content is a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy — Kesh can misread context, miss nuance, or make mistakes, the same as any assistant. You're responsible for reviewing any draft, briefing, or suggestion before approving it, and Kesh will never send, delete, or change anything without that approval.

7. Intellectual property

Kesh and its underlying technology, branding, and website content belong to Kesh Technologies Inc. Your Calendar and Gmail data remains yours — we use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Kesh is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every draft or briefing will be accurate or complete. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kesh Technologies Inc. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed meetings, scheduling errors, or emails sent after your approval. Our total liability for any claim relating to Kesh is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using Kesh and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Kesh evolves. We'll update the effective date above, and for material changes, notify you by email or text before they take effect. Continued use of Kesh after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
